We certainly can’t imagine Katrina playing Mastani in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus which we hear will have Ranveer in the titular role. Yes, the Dhoom:3 babe has come a long way in Bollywood but we can’t say the same about her acting, hai na?
We all know Sanjay Leela Bhansali is keen on roping in Deepika Padukone to play the lead in his long impending project Bajirao Mastani. Apparently, the dusky beauty is still mulling over the offer as she has been approached by Karan Johar too forShuddhi. Since Ranveer Singh is going to play Bajirao in SLB’s next wethinks Ms Padukone would be the perfect choice to plays his Mastani onscreen. However, we now hear that Katrina Kaif is also being considered for Bajirao Mastani. We dunno how true this piece of information is coz as per media reports Bhansali doesn’t want anybody else but Deepika to play Mastani. In fact, the Ram-Leela director is even ready to adjust his film’s date as per DP’s availability. That’s what the reports claim. Considering the dimpled beauty is such a fine actor, we aren’t surprised that SLB is willing to go to any lengths just to get her onboard.
