DEVILED EGGS

Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • A few black olives, chopped
  • Few green olives, chopped
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • Kashmiri chili powder  as needed
  • ½ cup boiled chick peas

METHOD

  • Cut the boiled eggs into halves. Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the egg whites on a plate ready to fill.
  • In a bowl combine egg yolk, oil, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, red chili powder, coriander, green and black olives and mix well.
  • Fill a piping bag with this mixture and pipe out the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites where the yolk was. 
Decorate with boiled chick peas and drizzle red chili powder.
