The 66th Cannes International Film Festival is a great place for fashion lovers to keep a hawk’s watch on the glamorous style birdies. And this year too we did just that, retailing all the red carpet info on who’s wearing what, focusing on the style statements of some of our famous B-town babes.
While Sonam Kapoor oscillated between classy and traditional styles, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan kept it highly classy until the premiere of Cleopatra. She looked like an aqua goddess in a teal Gucci gown, but as we reached her neck, moving up from her feet, we noticed that the severe topknot made her face look like a roly-poly piece of style ruckus. Several faux pas combined with a handful of decent statements – from Vidya Balan to Freida Pinto, everyone displayed their charm on the red carpet.
