Back in April, when Samsung officially unveiled the Galaxy S4 in India, it did show off a lot of accessories but none of them were actually available until last month when the flip case and Side View cover went for sale. There is some good news especially if you fancy Wireless Charging, as the Wireless Charging Kit for the Galaxy S4 in now officially available on the Samsung India e-Store for Rs 5,899. Those who don’t want the entire kit can purchase the Wireless Charging Cover for Rs 2,699 and Wireless Charging Pad for Rs 3,399 separately, but both the modules will be needed to enable wireless charging.
The Wireless Charging cover basically replaces the standard cover of the Galaxy S4, and it charges through an electromagnetic induction process, which follows the Qi standard. After installing the cover, one just needs to rest the device on the Wireless Charging Pad, to enable the charge process.
