Recipe: Hariyali Kabab

Ingredients:

100 gm Palak Leaves (spinach) (boiled & mashed) 
4 Green Chillies (chopped) 
4 Potatoes (boiled and grated) 
1 Cup Green Peas (boiled) 
1 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped) 
1 tsp Cornflour 
1 tsp Ginger (chopped) 
1 tsp Chaat Masala 
Salt 
Oil 
How to make Hariyali Kabab:

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it.
Roll the mixture into kebabs-shaped flat balls.
Deep fry the kebabs in hot oil and then serve with chutney.
