Use bitcoin to buy stuff in India

Bitcoins are discussed on the Internet every other day, but there’s been little or no interest in India as there is no place to use them. Now though, a Bangalore-based company has launched the country’s first e-commerce site called ‘Mad Over Coins’, which accepts the virtual currency, Medianama reports.
Started by Vikram Nikkam, part of Unobit Solutions, Mad Over Coins sells everything from day-to-day stuff like biscuits or pickles to a second-hand Royal Enfield bike. Besides delivering stuff across the country, the site also does global deliveries, which could take up to two weeks. You can buy a pack of biscuits for ฿0.0010, chocolates for ฿0.0030, bottled water for ฿0.0010 or the aforementioned second-hand Royal Enfield for ฿3.00.
Since there are no RBI-set regulations for bitcoins in the country, MOC is also currently working with a company called Buttercoin, which provides banks with white label bitcoin technology and API to monitor and handle bitcoins.
