Ingredients:
1 cup water
½ tsp tea powder
A pinch of cardamom powder
2 tsp sugar
1-2 tablespoon milk
¾ tsp chopped/crushed ginger
A small piece of daal cheeni
½ tsp saunf powder
Procedure:
Heat some water in a vessel and add sugar. Once the sugar melts, add the tea powder, crushed ginger, cardamom and saunf powder and daal cheeni.
Once this mixture comes to a boil, add milk.
Masala chai is ready.
