A non-bailable warrant has been issued against the actor after she failed to appear in court
Preity Zinta’s comeback film Ishkq in Paris did not work at the box office despite an item song by Salman Khan. Looks like the girl’s troubles are far from over, as a non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued against her by the Andheri Magistrate Court.
A complaint in this case was filed by Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na writer-filmmaker Abbas Tyrewala, who wrote the dialogues for Ishkq in Paris, after a cheque of Rs 18.9 lakh issued by Preity to him bounced.
Preity had failed to appear in court during the last hearing and was fined with Rs 5,000 for the same. After she didn’t go to court yesterday, a non-bailable arrest warrant was issued.
